The charming fishing village of St Abbs boasts a post office, village shop, and two cafes. One of these is Ebbcarrs Cafe, situated overlooking the harbour. It is a popular choice with both locals and visitors, serving freshly caught local seafood and tasty home baking. Heading out of the village, you will discover Number Four Gallery, which sells a variety of contemporary art and crafts, including works by local artists. Next door to the gallery sits Borders Pottery and cafe where you can enjoy a coffee while browsing the ceramics on sale. A short drive (1.8 miles) will take you to the village of Coldingham. Here you will find two lively pubs along with a restaurant and fish and chip shop, as well as a Spar shop for convenience shopping and a well-stocked butchers. The Luckenbooth coffee shop sits nearby, alongside the Coldingham Priory Church where you can explore 700 years of fascinating history.
