Hvoll Villa is newly renovated in a very tasteful and high quality manner with all modern comfort and luxury. The Villa is a spacious 250 sqm / 2.700 sqft luxury property. It has 4 bedrooms thereof one with sleeping sofa, TV and a playstation. All bedrooms have access to wc/shower and two of them have full attached private bathroom. The open space dining room and kitchen area are spacious with a big dining room table. The semi open living room has comfortable sofas/chairs, a big TV and a fire place . The Villa is in a very quiet location even though it is close to the main road. A big hot tub is located on the patio in front of the house and there is also grill facilites. In the garden there is a furnitured heated green house perfect to enjoy the northern lights (Aurora Borealis) or just have a glass of nice wine when it is too cold to sit outside. Our stables are not far away so those interested in horses can come by and/or look at them on the fields close to the villa.

The Hvoll Villa is located in South Iceland only 300 meters from the highway. It is within an easy reach of all the major attractions. Its located 70 minutes from Keflavík airport and 40 minutes from Reykjavik. It is between Selfoss and Hveragerði. Being between two active towns gives you the best of both worlds: geothermal nature and urban amenities. Hveragerði (The Hot Spring Town): Reykjadalur Thermal River: Hike approximately 45 minutes from the village to bathe in a natural hot river and soon there will also open a first class lagoon. Geothermal Park: Visit the local greenhouses or walk through the town's active steam vents. Selfoss (South Iceland's Main Hub): Dining & Shopping: Selfoss is the largest town in the region, offering the best selection of supermarkets, restaurants (like the Pylsuvagninn hot dog stand), and the Skyrland exhibition. Selfoss Swimming Pool: One of the best-equipped pools in the country with multiple slides and hot tubs. The Golden Circle: The villa is a perfect base for the Golden Circle route. It is only about 30 km (18 miles) from Þingvellir National Park, with Geysir and Gullfoss also within easy driving distance. Adventure Activities: Horseback Riding: Several stables in the Ölfus area offer tours through nearby lava fields. Lava Caving: The Raufarhólshellir lava tunnel is about a 15-minute drive away.
