Our two recently opened holiday apartments (operating since winter 2023) are tastefully and modernly furnished and provide the ideal retreat in the heart of the Dolomites. Situated centrally, our accommodation serves as an excellent starting point for countless excursions in the area. We are just a few minutes' walk from the central bus station (2 minutes), the town center (3 minutes) and the valley station of the Alpe di Siusi cable car (10 minutes). The modern and lovingly picked interiors of our apartments guarantee utmost comfort. Your private terrace offers a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. The cozy kitchen-living area is ideal for preparing and savoring small meals, featuring an electric ceramic glass cooktop, a compact refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, an electric kettle, a (filter) coffee machine and a comprehensive selection of kitchen utensils. The bright and spacious bathroom with a window is equipped with modern amenities, including a toilet, bidet, and a rainfall shower. Additionally, all guests have access to a washing machine with ironing facilities in the entrance area of the apartments. Free private parking spaces are available directly at the property and can be reserved free of charge for the entire duration of your stay. The apartment's final cleaning is included in the booking price. Our detached house is conveniently and centrally located, placing everything you need within easy reach. The Siusi bus station, with departures every 30 minutes to Bolzano and Bressanone, as well as a direct connection to Val Gardena/Gröden, is just a 2-minute walk away. The "Max Valier" stop for shuttle bus no. 5, which runs regularly to the Alpe di Siusi cable car valley station, is only a minute’s walk away. The village center, with two well-stocked supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants is just 3 minutes away. A 10-minute walk takes you to the valley station of the Alpe di Siusi cable car, which swiftly carries you to the breathtaking Alpe di Siusi—the largest high plateau in Europe—in just 15 minutes. The charming villages of Castelrotto and Fiè allo Sciliar are also within easy reach, just 10 to 15 minutes away by bus or car.
