These are temporary interventions (such as painting and maintenance of the common areas), which may result in some equipment or minor aesthetic inconveniences in the staircase or at the entrance. ✔️ Safety guaranteed: despite the works, the building and the elevator fully comply with current safety regulations. ✔️ Comfort inside the apartment: the unit is completely independent, safe, and not affected by the works, ensuring a comfortable stay. ✔️ Future improvements: these interventions aim to further enhance the building and the surrounding area. Very bright apartment on the sea, just 10 meters from the house. Very spacious and panoramic, vigilance in the park 24h. There is a large shared pool where you pay for entrance for all guests staying in the apartment. The apartment overlooks all the shores on the domizio coast, just 1 km there is the large shopping center Giolì, very central area 25 km from Naples and 35 km from Gaeta, Sperlonga and the entire domizio coast
Hello, I am Silvano and I will be happy to help you to stay in this wonderful house on the sea in the best ways as possible, i'll drop you my phone number in case you need it ;-). I also offer daily tours if needed, where I will take you to the most visited places in the beautiful and fascinating Naples. There is also a large shared pool accessible for all guests staying in the apartment. (you pay for the entrance) I also speak English so there aren't any problems for those coming from outside Italy.
Just 1 km far there is a big mall called Giolì shopping center, very convenient to meet any needs, for shopping and any immediate needs. Every room and space in the apartment is accessible. There is also a large shared swimming pool for a fee accessible for all guests staying in the apartment. For those who love extreme sports and entertainment, the beaches in front of the apartment are the possibility to rent jet skis and other water entertainment.
