Since January 2021, your hosts Roberto & Barbara Ferrari have been welcoming guests to the Eden Apartments. The well-being of our guests is especially important to us. For this reason, we are either personally on site or always available by phone whenever needed. Our goal is to provide you with unforgettable and carefree holidays, allowing you to fully enjoy your time in Seis am Schlern. Even when we are not personally on site, we remain available at all times to assist our guests.

Our apartment house features 14 accommodation units for two up to a maximum of six guests and enjoys an ideal central location in the heart of Seis am Schlern / Castelrotto, surrounded by the breathtaking scenery of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites. All apartments have been extensively renovated and redesigned to offer even greater comfort. High-quality box-spring beds and comfortable sofa beds with box-spring mattresses ensure a restful stay. The spacious “Piz Plus” family apartments additionally feature a modern kitchenette with integrated dishwasher and microwave. Each apartment is equipped with essential kitchen amenities, including a Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, and moka pot. Upon request, we are also happy to provide a toaster or microwave free of charge. A free parking space for one car, located approximately 40 meters from the house, is included with every apartment. Our house also offers an elevator as well as a ski and bike storage room for your sports equipment. During the colder months, guests can relax from 4:00 p.m. onwards in our cozy spa area featuring relaxation loungers, an infrared cabin, and a Finnish sauna. In winter, the wellness area is open daily from 4:00 p.m. to approximately 8:00 p.m. During the rest of the year, the sauna can be activated upon request. Important information: Dogs are welcome upon request and for an additional fee in selected apartments only (maximum two dogs per apartment). Please inform us directly at the time of booking. We kindly ask for your understanding that no other pets are allowed.

The Eden Apartments are located in a quiet side street close to the center of Seis am Schlern, at the foot of the Seiser Alm and in the heart of the world-famous UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites. Start your day in a relaxed way and enjoy a cozy breakfast in your apartment. Fresh bread and pastries, regional specialties, and all daily essentials are available just a few steps away at the nearby bakery, butcher shop, and supermarket. Alternatively, several cafés and bistros in the village center invite you to enjoy breakfast in a pleasant atmosphere. For lunch and dinner, the traditional mountain huts on the Seiser Alm as well as the many pizzerias and restaurants in the surrounding area offer a wide variety of regional and international dishes. We are also happy to provide you with personal excursion tips and recommendations during your stay. Thanks to the included South Tyrol Guest Pass, you can explore every corner of South Tyrol free of charge by public transport, including buses and trains, and leave your car parked. Of course, travelling by train is also a convenient and environmentally friendly option. The nearby cities of Bolzano, the capital of South Tyrol, and the historic town of Brixen are also well worth a visit. Whether the weather is less favorable, you are looking for a cultural excursion, or simply wish to stroll through charming streets and enjoy a relaxing aperitif, both towns offer a unique atmosphere, historic sights, elegant boutiques, and inviting cafés.
