Beautiful flat in the countryside, with private garden and view on the lake. The flat is located in the famous residence "Armonie del Lago". Guests can enjoy the beautiful swimming pool of the residence. Guests can access all parts of the flat, the ground floor, the first floor and the second floor. Guests will have two private covered parking spaces right next to the house. Guests can enjoy the beautiful private garden overlooking the lake and use the lovely pool and private jacuzzi.
Open-minded and friendly attitude. Very curious to meet new people and different cultures from all over the world! I will be happy to be available for any eventuality.
The apartment is located just above Baveno . It's possible to reach the center of Baveno by foot in 5 minutes walk. From the back of the residence you can access a path through the woods leads to the Mottarone mountain. Distances by car: - 5 minutes to Stresa - 15 minutes to GOLF CLUB DES ILES BORROMÉES - 35 minutes from Malpensa Airport. - 45 minutes from Milan Central Station. - 50 minutes to Switzerland. If you want to arrive by car from Milan, take the Highway towards "Gravellona Toce" and exit at Baveno.
