We are Claudio and Valentina, a newlywed couple who love traveling and meeting new people and different cultures. For this reason, after returning from a two-year work experience abroad, we decided to enter the tourism sector by managing a B&B, independent rooms, and vacation apartments. Claudio, a graduate of Italian literature and a passionate music and sports enthusiast, is also a tennis instructor and drummer in several local bands. Valentina, a graduate of law and licensed to practice law, is also a secondary school teacher.

The property is located in a small, welcoming building with an elevator and offers bright bedrooms (double, triple, and quadruple) with a balcony or large window, flat-screen TV, minibar, and air conditioning. Each room has Wi-Fi, a private bathroom with a hairdryer, bidet, and towel service. Our staff cleans the rooms, changing towels every two days. The property also offers a large common area with a balcony equipped with a kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, and oven, as well as tables where you can enjoy a quick meal or discuss travel itineraries with the host. Free on-site parking is available underneath the property. NB: OUR ROOMS ARE LOCATED ON BOTH THE GROUND AND FIRST FLOORS. ACCESS TO SOME ROOMS IS FROM THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY (a parallel street).

Zanzibar B&B is a guesthouse located in the heart of Avola, a charming town that has it all: from the sea, with its splendid beach, to the mountains with their enchanting canyons and natural lakes. It is located 6 km from the city of Noto, world-famous for its Baroque architecture. It is also just 10 km from the beautiful beaches of Calamosche and Marzamemi, two of the most beautiful and renowned beaches in eastern Sicily, and the Vendicari Nature Reserve. The property's location is ideal: not only is it right in the center, with all kinds of shops and services (supermarkets, bars, pastry shops, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies, tobacconists, banks, bakeries, etc.), but it is also close to the sea: the splendid seaside village can be reached in just over ten minutes on foot. A municipal shuttle service is also available, connecting the center of Avola with its beautiful coastline. Just 100 meters from the property is the bus stop connecting Avola to most of the island's towns and airports (Noto, Pachino, Portopalo, Modica, Ragusa, Syracuse, Catania, Comiso, etc.).
