Located just on the lakefront in one of the most premium spots in Baveno, within a wonderful villa just next to the equipped beach, this charming flat is in the front side of the villa, it's large, about 120 square meters, and consists of an airy bright living room with open kitchen, a huge sofa, a large dining table, a work area, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and washing machine. It has just been renovated in a modern style, featuring all comforts such as air conditioning, free wi-fi internet, Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, Youtube channels and other downloadable apps. The sleeping area consists of three large comfortable double bedrooms with parquet, two of which with a double bed and one with two single beds. There are also two full bathrooms with bath and shower. The access from the garden is sited in the front side of the villa and is shared with the property, but the garden is exclusive use of guests who can enjoy the whole outdoor spaces and furnishings. Linen and towels are included. Parking is right on the street in front of the villa with several available free spaces.

The flat is located right next to the equipped beach of Baveno, as well as the wonderful villa Fedora where you can enjoy another beautiful sandy beach with free access. It is a very strategic position as everything is quickly reachable on foot such as the center of Baveno, the pier for the islands, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. In August during the weekends some noises might occur at the night due to the proximity with the Lido Beach Club.
