For evening relaxation, a Samsung 43” 4K Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, YouTube and other streaming platforms is available. The Miele kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, ice maker and all the utensils needed for cooking. The mosaic bathroom with marine tones includes a shower cabin, washing machine, hairdryer and dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. 📍 PORTOVENERE Portovenere is a charming and compact village that is easy to explore. Distances are short and many experiences can simply be enjoyed by walking, with the sea always in view. Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, bars, restaurants and the marina are all within a few minutes’ walk, so a car is not necessary. -Seafront Promenade It connects the harbor to the promontory and is perfect for a relaxing walk with views of the sea and Palmaria Island. -Church of San Pietro & Byron’s Grotto At the end of the promenade you will find the scenic Church of San Pietro, built on the promontory. Just below lies Byron’s Grotto, one of the most beautiful panoramic viewpoints in the village. -The Carugio & Historic Center The main street of the village, lined with artisan shops, small boutiques and restaurants, accessible through the historic medieval gate dating back to 1113. -Doria Castle & Church of San Lorenzo From the carugio, narrow stairways lead up to Doria Castle, offering wonderful views of the Gulf of Poets. Nearby is the Church of San Lorenzo, dedicated to the Madonna Bianca. -Beaches & Swimming Areas Portovenere offers several places to swim: a small pebble beach at the entrance of the village, the seafront pier, and the larger beaches on Palmaria Island. 🏝 PALMARIA ISLAND Palmaria Island can be reached in about 5 minutes by boat from the harbor.
