Casa Le Pigne is on the promenade of Avola. It's perfect for those who simply want to cross the road to find the beach. It's an independent house on two floors. On the ground floor: large open space with kitchen/living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, inner courtyard. On the first floor: 1 bedroom and 2 terraces with beautiful panoramic views on the bay. Casa Le Pigne is equipped with laundry, air conditioning, barbecue, TV and WiFi... Excellent to go to the sea,Cavagrande,Vendicari and Val di Noto. It's possible to do check-in from 2pm to 7:30 pm, after there is an additional cost of Euro 20 until 10pm and of Euro 50 until 2 am.

Casa Le Pigne is on the waterfront of Avola. At any time you can take a walk along the coast and choose between two different beaches. In a few minutes you can reach the seaside village of Avola with its old tonnara that in the evening becomes one of the places of the avolese nightlife. The area is full of restaurants where you can enjoy excellent fish dishes. A short distance away there is the Robison Park, a green area equipped with children's playground.
