Located on the ground floor, it has a beautiful enjoyable terrace: it is safe, nice, clean, organised, air conditioned, has wi-fi fiber, and above all it is in a strategic position close to all the most beautiful beaches in the area. However, the most important feature that this house will offer you during your holiday and that you will appreciate very much is the PRIVATE RESERVED PARKING included in the price. In fact, in this area, if you don't have parking, your holiday could become a nightmare! If, on the other hand, you arrive by train or by plane, it is well served by public transport (the bus passes every 20 minutes on the Sarzana LERICI LA SPEZIA line). At the house you will also find an interesting practical guide, created by us in your language, much appreciated by tourists. Info and 24-hour assistance complete the picture.
25 years of experience in the Police force, currently a freelancer with a Prefect license, means guaranteed reliability and certified by the Italian State then add total assistance during your stay: these are two very important aspects to carefully evaluate these days. After you have evaluated, also add over 20 years of experience in renting vacation homes to tourists.
As already mentioned, the house is in a strategic position and is located close to Lerici. The closest beach is the VENERE AZZURRA of Lerici and is only 1.5 km away, 3 minutes away! All the other beaches and coves are a short distance from the house: among these, I remind you of the famous BAIA BLU, TELLARO, FIASCHERINO, ECO DEL MARE, PUNTA BIANCA, PUNTA CORVO, all from 4 to a maximum of 7 minutes from the house! To visit the Cinque Terre and Portovenere, the boat embarkation is in Lerici at 4 minutes or at La spezia 12 minutes. If you want to take the tour by train, the Sarzana railway station is 5 minutes away with free parking next to the station or you can go to La Spezia. All the places that for any reason are worth a visit are within a maximum radius of 25 minutes.
