Il B & B è posizionato in una zona incantevole e panoramica, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Vico Equene e dalla stazione dei Treni . La posizione panoramica consente di vedere il golfo di napoli, l'isola di Ischia e Procida ed il Vesuvio. L'accesso al B & B è solo pedonale con possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto a 50 mt. in ampio parcheggio pubblico con sosta a tariffa giornaliera. Possibilità di consumare i pasti in terrazza e fare colazione in giardino davanti al golfo di Napoli con il mare blu davanti. Pomper dista a 20 minuti di treno, Sotrento a 15 minuti di treno. Possibilità di parcheggiare moto e scooter all'interno della struttura.
