Located in the charming upper part of Portovenere, our apartment enjoys a unique panoramic position, reachable by walking down the first part of the characteristic stairway that leads to the sea. The entrance to the house is preceded by a private gate, shared with the unit below, which leads to a delightful balcony with a breathtaking view of the gulf. This private outdoor space is furnished for your comfort with deckchairs and a table, ideal for al fresco breakfasts and dinners with an enchanting setting. Inside, the rooms are distributed in a harmonious and functional way. The sleeping area consists of a comfortable double bedroom and a second, large bedroom with two single beds. The property is completed by a large bathroom and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, also featuring a splendid sea view. The kitchen, modern and complete with all equipment, is made particularly bright by a large French window overlooking the sea, which offers a magnificent perspective at any time of the day. Please be reminded, as stated in the 'Important Information' section, that the final cleaning fee and linen supply are to be paid separately

The strategic location of our residence allows for easy access to both the beaches and the charming historic center of Portovenere, all within a pleasant 15-minute walk. Alternatively, an efficient shuttle bus service (the "girobus") is available, with a stop on the road just above the house, which will get you to your destination in only 5 minutes. Along the coastline below, you will find a wide selection of bars and restaurants. The village center, the vibrant heart of local life, offers all the main services, including a supermarket. From here, ferries also depart for unforgettable excursions to Palmaria Island and the famous Cinque Terre. Finally, while strolling through the center's streets, you can discover numerous other restaurants and characteristic artisan shops.
