In the central area surrounded by a large garden and shops, the apartment located on the 6th floor is equipped with heaters and air conditioners. It is accessible by lift and has a large terrace from which you can see the sea. It has modern finishes and furnishings after the total renovation done in 2018. It has a large double bedroom equipped with a desk and a flat-screen TV, a lounge with a table opening that accommodates 6 people, a large sofa bed. We offer oil, vinegar, single-dose salt as well as bathroom products, speed 100 wi-fi connection and a set of towels and sheets for our guests.
We are a family that for generations has built its history in the real estate field. We now deal with tourist rentals. It is important for us to provide our guests with the best location for an unforgettable holiday
Marina di Carrara is known as a holiday resort, surrounded by pine forests and parks and has a large sandy beach equipped with umbrellas and cabins. Here there is an impressive fair complex capable of hosting exhibitions and reviews of all kinds including the September Fest and the annual Marmotec fair. Destination used as a base for visiting the Cinque Terre, Pisa, Lucca and Firenze.
