la mia struttura ha un ingresso indipendente, il parcheggio molto vicino alla casa vacanze, una vista incantevole sul golfo dei poeti, un piccolo giardino attrezzato, e' stata completamente ristrutturata all'interno, e' molto adatta a chi vuole godersi una vacanza nel completo relax in quanto si trova a pochi passi dal centro ma in un angolo di pace e riservatezza. Si precisa che la casa vacanze ha riscaldamento centralizzato condominiale come da normativa comunale e regionale (dal 1 Novembre al 15 Aprile per 10/12 ore al giorno). Inoltre ha aria condizionata in camera da letto e bagno che puo' erogare aria calda.
