Our spacious two bedroom apartment is ideally located in the heart of Marina di Carrara, just a short walk to the beaches and the fairgrounds (Carrara Fiere). Highway exit and train station are just a few km's away. Our home offers amazing light filled rooms, and stylish details. It feels lived in, cared for, warm, inviting and inspiring. Renovated in early 2024 with a fresh coat of paint, a NEW Air Conditioning System (whole unit), new mattress & washing machine. The spacious living room with two sofas and a 60 inch smart TV is the ideal setting, cool and quiet, where you can relax and chill out. We have two balconies and a small space to eat in open air. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a very well maintained and quiet condo located in a green area of Marina di Carrara. It's a cul de sac so there is virtually no traffic! Space is 70 sqm (760 sq feet) with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, brand new and fully equipped kitchen, living and dining space plus two large balconies. Master bedroom has a Queen size bed (new memory foam mattress), totally made of wood no metal joints. Second bedroom has to full size single beds and is ideal for kids and teenagers.

Our home sits on a quiet, private, tree lined street and is literally just meters away from shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes.
