The Rossana Lago Maggiore Apartment, located in Loita, just a few minutes by car from the center of Baveno (Verbania), offers a unique and breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore and the splendid Borromeo Islands. The apartment (number 24) is situated within a fenced park of a Liberty-style villa (Villa ANNA) with a garden, secure parking, and a pool exclusively available to residents (not heated, open from mid-April to mid-September, weather permitting). The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 people (ideal for couples and friends), and all pets (dogs/cats) are welcome (please inform us beforehand). Located on the ground floor (level 0), the apartment is approximately 37 sqm and consists of a kitchen area (equipped with an espresso coffee machine, oil-vinegar-salt, stovetop, microwave, dishes, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher) and a living/bedroom area (television, table, a bed, fan, A/C). Bed dimensions: 160 x 190 cm. The apartment has a private green space where a table, chairs, and sun loungers are provided for enjoying the excellent view during a break or for outdoor dining. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, shower, bidet, toilet, and sink. If necessary, there is a shared washing machine available in the building on the lower floor (level -1). Check-in for the apartment (number 24) is self-service. With a code, you can access the lock-box installed outside the entrance door and enter autonomously at any time after 3:00 PM. Depending on availability, the check-in time can be slightly earlier, but only after prior communication. The center of Baveno can be reached in a few minutes by car, which can also be used to reach all nearby cities (Verbania, Stresa, Arona, Domodossola, ...). Baveno also has a train station that allows you to reach Milan in just over an hour.
