The closer train station is only 3 minutes far by walking from the apartment. Meta train station is connected with Sorrento (Only 4 stops) and Napoli Central (around 60 minutes). The closer international aiport is Napoli, 45km far away - 60/75 mins by car. The central position allows to move around easily and reach the most interesting points of interest, such as Pompei, Capri and the Amalfi Coast. The apartment features a large living room with a dining area, a large bedroom with private bathroom, a second bathroom, a fully equipped cuisine and a storage room. From the apartment is possible to reach the main beach in few minutes and the historical centre of the village, where most of the shops are located. I love open air actities, during both winter and summer time, and explore the hisotrical sites; out of the most famous Pompei and Hercolaneum, there are many hidden gems, secluded paths to explore in a small walking distance from the apartment. Summer time is amazing here in the region and I like swimming and sailing along the coast.

The district surrounding the apartment is calm and peaceful. Being the apartment located in the middle of the village, it is possible to reach in a small walking distance (15 minutes) the main beach of the town, named "Alimuri" where to both sand or pebble spots. The train station in Meta is just 3 minutes far by walking from the apartment. There are connection to Sorrento and to Pompei and Napoli every 20 minutes. The main centre features few stores, groceries, small shops. Few interesting Pizzeria and trattorias for dine in or take away are located in a ray of 200/500 meters. Main monument in town is the cathedral, that can be admired from the apartment, and can be reached by walking in less than 10 minutes. The host can suggest the best way to reach any place in the easiest possible way. For people willing to experience local food, there are various local shops and few restaurant, mostly serving local specialties and mediterranean recipees. Meta is part of the Sorrento Peninsula, which stretches along the southern part of the Gulf of Naples. Beyond the hills of Sorrento lies the Amalfi Coast, with the famous towns of Positano and Amalfi, which are about 15 kilometers away.
