A few minutes from the center but in a context that sometimes appears out of time. The Roof Terrace bnb is a house of approximately 180 sqm. with a furnished terrace of approximately 90 sqm.. The part available to guests consists of two private double bedrooms with a small balcony. The main bedroom has a bathroom with Jacuzzi for two people and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has an adjacent private bathroom with shower and other services. In the availability of guests, the real strong point of the structure is the roof terrace of approximately 90 sqm. where breakfast is usually served and where hosts can carry out cooking classes at any time which are naturally open first and foremost to guests who will always be informed promptly. The terrace can be shared at any time by the host and his family although in their absence it is left at the guests' disposal. Please remember that's also our home. The kitchen, living room and even the entire covered upper floor are private. Even if the doors are only ajar and the steel staircase is free, it is strictly forbidden to enter or gain access without knocking at the door and above all without asking permission. The host reserves the right to remove guests who do not respect his and his family's privacy. In the absence of the host and his family, access to these areas will constitute a reason for definitive and immediate removal from the property without the guests having anything to claim. The plants, the pergola and the decorative screens allow the necessary privacy for anyone who wants to isolate themselves from the routine for a while and relax sunbathing perhaps after having made free use of the outdoor shower on the terrace.
