The villa sits on a 500 sqm property and is arranged over two floors: the ground floor is entirely available to you, featuring two apartments, while the owners live on the first floor. The apartment accommodates 5 guests across three bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the open-plan living area. A baby cot can be provided on request. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen and a well-maintained bathroom, all furnished with care. You have access to all outdoor areas, including a gazebo with tables, chairs, and outdoor lounge furniture. All outdoor spaces, including a "jacuzzi"-style hot tub for 5 people, are shared with other guests who may be staying at the property. The hot tub is available daily from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
