Hello everyone, my name is Francesco, I have embarked on this new adventure recently and I think it is finally the right way to go. I have always loved to make my guests feel comfortable and today, doing it as a job gives me an extra motivation. I love good and genuine food and I know how to satisfy people's palates, in the morning I love cooking for my guests, all the products used are genuine and at 0 km and the cakes are all homemade. To guarantee the high standards, however, I must admit that my mother Antonella thinks, always smiling, precise and impeccable and scrupulous in keeping the house clean and tidy. We are waiting for you. Francesco and Antonella The amount displayed by the portal includes the owner's rental fee and the fee for the additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be better detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at check-out.

Surrounded by a lush garden of tropical plants, flowers and the famous lemon groves of the Sorrento Peninsula, Villagraziosa opens up to the marvelous panorama of the Vesuvius and its sea. Modern two-storey structure, lover of works of art of which it is expertly furnished. On the ground floor a large hall in pink Portuguese marble and a panoramic veranda with long windows that recall the bridge of a large ship. On the first floor the sleeping area, four beautiful rooms all different and each with a particularity, all with private terraces overlooking the pool or the Gulf of Naples with Vesuvius that is the master. The garden as well as hosting a beautiful pool has a wood-burning oven for pizzas and a barbeque where we can organize evenings in joy and good food. Every day we can organize for our guests all kinds of experiences, private or group excursions on the Amalfi Coast which is just a few minutes, a day by boat to Capri, excursions on foot or by horse on scenic trails, guided excursions to Pompeii, Herculaneum and on Vesuvius and on site we can program many others.

Neighborhood info

Villagraziosa is in a strategic position, Positano is only 25 minutes and Sorrento 15 minutes. At 800 meters there is the Circumvesuviana station of Seiano thanks to which in a few minutes you can reach Sorrento, Pompeii, Ercolano, Naples. Vico Equense is 1.5 km away and can be reached either on foot or by public transport, at 1 km there is the Marina di Seiano with numerous beaches both free and private, fresh fish restaurants, pizzerias and night clubs with a nice nightlife . Also just 400 meters is "La Tradizione" a well-known bistrot that serves excellent meat and other quality products and at 600 meters there is the square of Seiano where there is a bar and other useful business activities.
