The villa, which can comfortably accommodate 12 people, is an old farmhouse completely renovated in 2019 on the border between eastern Liguria and northern Tuscany, a few steps from the Cinque Terre. The villa offer all the comforts, including a SAUNA, a GYM, a SPA and an heated outdoor pool. The interior design is characterized by antique furnishings and decorative paintings, lovingly chosen by the owner, to stay in style with the traditional architectural context. Located in a privileged position on a hill, surrounded by chestnut, cherry and olive trees, the villa also has an organic vegetable garden. The entire villa has an air conditioning system and piped music with MP3 in every room, as well as a professional digital alarm system and 2 large safes. Externally we find in addition to the pool, a magnificent BEACH VOLLEY field and in the basement a gym and a sauna.

The Villa is located a short distance from the main places of naturalistic or historical and artistic interest of Liguria and Tuscany, such as: the medieval city of Sarzana (10 minutes); the villages of the Cinque Terre; the Gulf of Poets; Lerici; Portovenere; Portofino; the Apuan Alps and the white marble quarries of Carrara (20 minutes by car); the beaches of Versilia (30 minutes by car); the famous Tuscan cities of Pisa (40 minutes by car), Lucca (30 minutes by car) Florence (1 hour); 2 hours from the fashion city of Milan and 4 hours from ancient Rome. Many other pristine beaches dotted along the nearby coast are accessible by car in about 15 minutes. Regular daily ferry services operate from the local ports of Lerici, La Spezia and Marina di Carrara (15 km away) to the Gulf of Poets, to Portovenere, the Cinque Terre villages, Portofino, and Genoa.
