La villa American Dream è ubicata ad Avola la citta del Nero d'Avola e della mandorla,caratterizzata dal centro storico a forma esagonale si trova a due passi da Noto capitale del barocco italiano e patrimonio dell'Unesco,vicino Siracusa la seconda città dell'Impero Romano e l'incantevole isola di Ortigia anch'essa patrimonio dell'Unesco .La Villa American Dream è una villa moderna composto da diversi appartamenti con piscina e un enorme spazio esterno ben curato con prato inglese e zona relx con barbecue in pietra,parcheggio privato e doccia e bagno esterno. Ancorchè gli appartamenti sono situati a primo piano dove vi è una veranda esterna condivisa con vista mare. Gli appartamenti sono cosi composti;una cucina soggiorno climatizzata con un14000 btu che rinfresca tutto l'ambiente e cucina attrezzata di tutti gli utensili necessari, un bagno con box doccia e due camere da letto una con un letto matrimoniale e balconcino e una camera da letto con un letto a castello e un letto singolo.
AD AVOLA E DINTORNI; La cittadina di Avola è un paese sul mare ben organizzato e abbastanza pulito che ha avuto un forte sviluppo economico e turistico negli ultimi anni,ma per fortuna non vi è ancora quel turismo di "Massa", Avola ha circa 20 km di costa e circa 14 km di spiagge molto belle e ampie soprattutto ben mantenute e le sue acque si caratterizzano per i fondali bassi molto adatti ai bambini, inoltre Avola è famosa per il vino Nero d'Avola e la mandorla e per la sua riserva naturale del cavagrande del Cassibile. All'interno della riserva si trovano i laghetti di Cavagrande del Cassibile chiamati anche Laghetti di Avola, cioè dei grandi canyon naturali immersi nella natura considerati dalla CNN uno dei venti posti dove fare il bagno al mondo.. Essi sono un'attrazione turistica internazionale e come dimenticare la spiaggia della Pineta del Gelsomineto incontaminata e bucolica.Ancorchè si trova a 8 km da Noto capitale del barocco italiano e patrimonio dell'Unesco famosa anche per l'infiorata che si tiene a Maggio e la riserva naturale di Vendicari dove è ubicata la spiaggia di Calamosche considerata dal The Guardian una delle 5 più belle al mondo. Come inoltre dimenticare Siracusa seconda città dellimpero Romano e il suo parco archeologico dove vi è il Teatro Greco e l'Orecchio di Dioniso e la strabiliante isola di Ortigia con la sua fontana d'Ercole e i suoi vicoli. Oltremodo la città di Avola dista circa 1 ora di macchina dall'aereoporto di Catania Fontanarossa e dalla città. Vi sono inoltre altre città raggiugnibili facilmente come Modica la citta del barocco e del cioccolato, Scicli e Donnalucata le città del Commissario Montalbano e Ragusa e in ultimonon per importanza anzi il borgo tipico Sicliano per eccellenza cioè Marzamemi.
