Im zweiten Stock befindet sich eine grosse Sonnenterrasse mit Sonnenbetten und einem atemberaubenden Blick über die Lagune von Dhigurah. Neben einem Restaurant, PADI Tauch Center und Wassersport Center, bietet Athiri eine Vielzahl weiterer Aktivitäten an. Weiter bietet Athiri-Beach Flughafen Transfers mit dem eigenen 38 Fuss und 500 PS Speedboot gegen Aufpreis an. Für den Power-Wassersport stehen ein Seadoo Wake Jetski, ein Seadoo Spark Jetski sowie ein Seadoo Speedster Jetboat zur Verfügung.
