Our Bed & Breakfast is a stone's throw from Lake Karapiro's water sports and rowing. A 5 minute drive to Cambridge township for a spot of shopping or a coffee and for the cycling enthusiasts, the Velodrome is a short distance further North. A fully private one bedroom Annexe, while connected to the main house is fully independent so you can be assured of your privacy. Continental breakfast starter items provided for you to make breakfast when you are ready, whether this be early or later. Guests have dedicated kitchen and bathroom facilities with large separate bedroom with quality queen bed. There is also a modern sofa bed in the lounge to accommodate an additional 1-2 guests for an additional fee. This annexe is connected but fully separate from the main house. Full amenities incorporating lounge and dining room, private courtyard with own BBQ and alfresco dining with access to large 15 metre swimming pool.

Our family moved to beautiful Karapiro from Cambridge in 2016 for a more rural life with lots of space, so decided to share this beautiful corner of the world and become B& hosts. Along with my husband Ian, son Darcy and our super friendly Bichon Frises, Mavis and Fritz who love everybody. You will receive a warm welcome here at 200 on Lake View. We look forward to your stay.

Karapiro is in the heart of the Waikato and is 5 minutes from Cambridge township, 25 minutes from Hamilton and 20-25 minutes to the ever popular Hobbiton Movie Set. Situated close to Karapiro Lake so you are on the door step to all the action of the lake, from rowing to water sports, cycling and walking trails.
