Our Apartment is located in a quiet suburb of Cambridge, set in a mature garden. It is ideal for small families looking for a central base. The bnb is completely separate and private with a patio where guests may enjoy the sunshine. Comfortable and peaceful. I would like my guests to feel safe and welcome in a clean, homely atmosphere. It is not the Hilton but it is secure and welcoming.

We enjoy the privacy of this property and the opportunity to potter in the garden in peace and solitude. The bird numbers have increased since the development of the Maungatautari Sanctuary. Maungatautari is a mainland ecological island and wildlife sanctuary located in the North Island of New Zealand.

We are very near to the Karapiro Rowing Events Centre and the Avantidrome just an hour's drive from Rotorua, Tauranga and a short trip to Te Awamutu or Hamilton.
