We’re a couple of ex-Navy hosts who’ve swapped the open sea for the gentle sound of the surf. Our one-bedroom coastal studio is designed for comfort, calm, and connection. You’ll find everything you need for a relaxing stay across the road from the beach. This bright airy space, features a comfy bed, private outdoor space, private Free parking, a good Nespresso, your own washing machine and clothesline all just a short stroll to the golden sands of Papamoa Beach. Whether you’re here to surf, soak up the sun, or simply slow down, our studio offers a peaceful retreat by the sea and a short walk to some of our favourite restaurants and bars. We value simplicity, respect, and good company, traits that come from our time of service and our love of travel. We live onsite upstairs, and available if you need any local tips or a friendly chat. We always respect your privacy, with complete separate access and living. Our resident cat "Frankie" will welcome you onsite and may visit from time to time.
