We rented a lovely unit just a short walk from Papamoa Beach, as well as to the swimming pool. The unit was spacious, clean and well appointed. The staff were super helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in spending time at Papamoa Beach.

Great facilities with lots of little things. Providing salt & pepper, chocolate, water in fridge, coffee & hot chocolate, large fridge, private, spacious, clean & modern. Great communication from owner, who texted on day to say we could check in earlier at 11am, and on night before we left, received a text to say we could check out 1 hour later next day at 12 midday

Papamoa is a great beach, safe swimming with a life saving...

Papamoa is a great beach, safe swimming with a life saving club close by and the area is full of great shops and eaterys it is close driving distance to Bayfair shopping centre and Mt Maunganui. An easy commute to the Te Puke town ship and the Papamoa hills walk, and also an easy drive to Tauranga. Papamoa is out of the city rat race, so peaceful, although we went in the winter, summer can be busy. It is also an easy 50-60min drive to Rotorua.

Absolutely amazing . All our expectations were met .

Absolutely amazing . All our expectations were met . Amazing staff and amazing amenities. Child and pet friendly is a major bonus and I’m so happy we chose to come here . We will be returning with the whole family next time soon

Papamoa has a great selection of cafes, shops and...

Papamoa has a great selection of cafes, shops and restaurants and just a is a short commute to Mt Maunganui and Tauranga. The beach is amazing for swimming, surfing, fishing and walks. There is something for all ages to enjoy!

Loved the accommodation, anyway Papamoa has a great long beach to offer, lots of amenities, plenty of good accommodation options, good restaurants. My favorite please to have a meal is Grill and Green Mediterranean

Wonderful beachside town, quite spread out but with some amazing eateries. Beach is nice and clean with good facilities. I went with me children and would recommend it for families with kids wanting to dig around in teh sand. I did not go into teh water to cannot comment to that aspect

Papamoa is probably best known for its white sand beach,...

Papamoa is probably best known for its white sand beach, which stretches for several kilometres. It is very accessible, as there are walkways between houses at frequent intervals allowing pedestrian acces from the two streets running parallel to the beach. Papamoa has a modern mall and several shopping centres, offering a variety of dining experiences and convenience foods. A highway system allows access to Mt Maunganui and Tauranga, about a half hour's drive away. The only downside for me is the traffic navigation - the highway system is very busy and clogs up quickly during peak traffic times, and some of the surrounding roads have some pretty unfriendly roundabouts with speed humps and traffic lights added, sensory overload for a driver unfamiliar with the area.

Wow, just wow.... It was more than I expected, the pool (heated to 30degrees) and the very large Hot pool 39 degrees) were the star attraction - would loved to have really utilized, it is a family orientated luxury resort right on the beach front. Room, extremely comfortable with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Great location- we were visiting family who lived just around the corner, close to beach and shops for convenience. was a comfortable Bach perfect for our needs. no real issues with our stay or the property, was a good price for a stay in the school holidays and area.

Great house at Papamoa, close to the beach, restaurant, and handy to the Mount, Te Puke and Tauranga. Very comfortable beds, good shower, kitchen well stocked and had everything we needed. Really loved this house and would definitely return.
