The neighbourhood is quiet, safe, and perfectly positioned - just a few minutes' drive to Papamoa Beach, Papamoa Plaza, Fashion Island, supermarkets, petrol stations, and our popular cafe's and restaurants. It's an ideal spot to enjoy the easy laid-back lifestyle that makes Papamoa so special.
