Situated just a short 100-meter walk from the beach, you can relax on our new Kwila deck with stunning ocean views, or unwind in the fully-fenced courtyard complete with a BBQ area and chiminea for cooler evenings. We warmly welcome pets and provide ample space to ensure their safety. Convenience is at your fingertips with Papamoa's finest attractions, activities, restaurants, cafes, and shops all within easy access. Indoors, you'll discover a well-equipped kitchen featuring gas cooking, airfryer, kettle, toaster and more. We also provide bedding and towels for your comfort. This spacious accommodation spans over two floors: upstairs offers a master bedroom with a queen bed and futon leading out to the deck, along with a second bedroom featuring single bunk beds. Downstairs features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with a comfortable fold-out sofa bed, opening onto a private outdoor patio equipped with dining facilities and a BBQ. A newly renovated bathroom and laundry.
