We welcome you to relax in a wonderfully peaceful environment – sit on the deck and enjoy 360 degree spectacular, uninterrupted, elevated rural views from this purpose built B & B. The air conditioned apartment has two bedrooms, each with a luxurious king sized bed and quality linen. There is a private modern bathroom and lounge just for your use. The gardens are landscaped with NZ native plants. Centrally located within 50 minutes drive to Rotorua, Tauranga, Waitomo Caves and only 12 minutes to Hobbiton and The Red Barn. Access to the Waikato River and Moana Roa reserve is across the road with Karapiro Domain less than 10 minutes away.
