In the evening sit down with a glass of wine and dinner fresh off the BBQ to watch the sunset. With west and east facing sundecks, Bella on Broadway is perfectly positioned to maximise all day sun. Stunning indoor/outdoor flow and views are provided by wall-to-wall beach facing bifold doors opening out to the spacious front deck, great for outdoor living in summer. This four-bedroom holiday home is large and welcoming for the whole family. The 2-storey house comes equipped with a Nespresso machine and Smart TV. Indoor entertainment includes Netflix, Bluetooth speakers, plenty of books and free Wi-Fi. Based between Waihi Beach and Bowentown, Bella on Broadway is just a 10-minute walk to the local shop, ice cream and takeaways, and a15-minute walk or 2-minute drive to the local café – award-winning Surf Shack. A maximum of 8 people including children and infants can stay at this property. There are 4 bedrooms, each with a Queen bed, and one has a further two singles. There are two bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) both with showers and one with a bath. Both are recently renovated and there is a laundry area with new washing machine and dryer recently fitted in the downstairs bathroom. The property is fully fenced, with plenty of parking.

Enjoy the sun and surf on Waihi Beach’s 9kms of white sand, tree-lined reserves and children’s play areas. Great bush walks and bike trails are nearby. Venture a little further afield to the Karangahake Gorge and nearby country towns. WaihĪ Beach is on one of New Zealand’s safest surf beaches and home to a vibrant and friendly beachside community. The village boasts great shops, eateries and a Four Square for groceries. In the summer head to the weekend markets for tasty treats, fine local crafts and produce. Tauranga and Mount Maunganui are only 45 minutes by car. The Coromandel Peninsula is on your doorstep.
