Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, Bellhaven is a quiet, peaceful cottage snuggled into its surroundings. Comprising two bedrooms, full kitchen, with laundry and wet shower, Bellhaven is fully wheelchair accessible with ramps onto kwila decks. Another bed has been placed in the garage area, which also houses the washing machine, allowing Bellhaven to sleep 5. Privacy abounds with views to the mountains and it is a quick 3-5 minute walk to the lake and 10 minutes into the centre of town. Plenty of room to park the boat and trailer after a busy day on the lake.
We live on the same property with our children. Happy to help with advice, we will let you be unless you need us.
Cromwell is a central location for visitors to Wanaka, Clyde, Alexandra, Bannockburn, Gibbston Valley, Arrowtown and Queenstown. Nearby are bike trails, vineyards, wineries, orchards, golf course and skifields! Lake Dunstan is around 3 minutes walk from your door and there are lots of walks in the area. Highlands Motorsport Park is close by and you are 40 minutes from both Queenstown and Wanaka. This is a great place to base yourself to explore Central Otago
