Our Farmstay apartment is a 60m2 dwelling set well off the road with private parking. It is ideal for a family of 4-5 (2 adults, 3 children) or for 3 - 4 adults. It’s surrounded by farmland and nestled within the Papamoa Hills Recreational Park. Relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of a rural property. End the day with a sunset walk under endless stars up the Papamoa Hills walk or relax with a nice glass of wine and a cosy fire. Then after a great night’s peaceful rest collect fresh eggs from the friendly chickens in our citrus orchard while the kids have a great time on the big tree swing and trampoline! We also offer longer-term rental options up to 89 days between April and November. Outside you have plenty of space to roam, run or relax. We have a huge field out front for the kids to run wild, a trampoline, and an array of hand-raised animals to fuss. There is a large tree swing in the neighbouring paddock, where our friendly cows look forward to having their chin scratched. Pets are also welcome on application. At night you can sit outside and enjoy the abundance of stars and the sound of moreporks. Inside everything has been designed with your comfort in mind with super comfortable new beds, pillows, mattresses. A fully functional kitchen with the essentials for cooking and baking and a large fridge freezer for you to stock up. There is an oven and hob, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. In addition to a full-sized Smart TV with Netflix provided there is a Bluetooth soundbar for playing music. Starlink internet is also provided. The apartment is double glazed and fully insulated with air conditioning to keep it cool in summer and a wood-burning fireplace and heat pump to keep it warm and cosy in winter. Free-range eggs, milk, tea, herbal teas, coffee, hot chocolate are provided along with spices, sauces, and baking essentials.

We are Nina and Peter Smith and we love to share our property and a farm experience with everyone who stays. Our property is set in the Papamoa Hills near the regional park walk, it is quiet and peaceful. We have a range of tame animals here and we enjoy introducing them to our guests. This Farmstay unit is on our 17 acre property, our home is 500 metres away so we are always available should you need anything.
