We have 1 full guest house with 3 bedrooms , 1 separate sleepout, and another separate entrance studio. All the guests SHARE the full kitchen ,1.5 bathroom. If you prefer private space, please book our self check in sleepout with bathroom or self check in studio with bathroom.
We have very detailed guide photos for you to check in by yourself . The website will send to you guide photos one day before your arrival. and You could find guide photos in our property photos collection on website too.
Normally NO staff in the house, if you need assistance ,Please TEXT us the TIME you will arrive in ADVANCE .
NOTICE: NO STAFF is available in person and phone after 20:00 o’clock. The room will be ready and door is unlocked for you.

The house is located in Te Miro . It is a peaceful rural community in the heart of the Waikato, known for its rolling farmland, open landscapes, and quiet country lifestyle. The guests house is SHARED by guests together. All the guests share the public area. If you prefer private space, please book our self check-in sleepout or studio.
We have 1 .5 bathroom , 1 laundry room with washing machine ,1 full kitchen and dining area.

The tap water comes from a deep underground well and is safe to drink.
Water jugs and cups are provided in the cabinet if you need drinking water in your room.

Pets are not allowed to check in.
