You will be welcomed into a new home in the beautiful Cambridge area. This whole area is unique in many ways. It is a very central area for sightseeing, either to Hobbiton or Waitomo Caves. The property is also very close to the Velodrome, which is home to our New Zealand Cyclists, and also very close to Karapiro, which is the home of our New Zealand Rowers. My property is close to the Expressway, which makes it easy to get to Cambridge to travel either north or south. Only 15 minutes to the Hamilton Botanical Gardens which are Waikato's most beautiful gardens. Amazing walking and cycle paths in this area. There is now a Joe's Garage Restaurant, Nosh and Fresh Choice Superette just 2 minutes walk from my property

The neighbourhood is beautiful with many cycle and walking tracks to choose from. The new Te Awa Cycle trail has now opened and goes from Hamilton Gardens to Karapiro.
