Welcome to our lovely, cosy nest! P/s: Host lives on-site in the home, so help can be provided timely. You have the private room to yourself, and access to SHARED spaces with the host's family (2 people) and other guests (Max 2 people). Host can give you space:) The room has just the perfect size (and beds!) for a small family/group to stay to visit a range of Hamilton attractions: Hamilton Garden, FMG Station, The Base. Also close to Wintec. Imagine waking up to a hot cup of coffee (made by our coffee maker), preparing a simple breakfast in our kitchen, strolling through the garden with roses and fresh grass, and BORROWING OUR TWO BIKES for the scenic Waikato River walking and cycling track. Check out COSY CORNER! Private spaces: a room with 1 Double bed + 1 King single SHARED spaces (with host + other guests): - Garden: has BBQ facilities, and BIKES for borrowing. - Kitchen: Separate utensils for guests, well-equipped with amenities such as a coffee maker and a rice cooker. - The toilet and Bathroom are separate to minimise waiting time - Living room with a large TV & board games and spacious sitting areas, ideal for a hangout!
