Fantail Farm Loft is set in the country amongst fields and forests. It is a picturesque, private, spacious and relaxing setting. There is a private entrance via a large tree top deck. Inside you'll find a spacious guest suite with a kitchenette (microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, toasted sandwich maker, cutlery, crockery and utensils), a queen sized bed, and furniture. Please note as shown in the photos there are NO cooking facilities in the loft i. e. NO stovetop / oven. A light continental breakfast consisting of muslei and toast along with tea, coffee and milk is supplied. Also, as per the photos you will see the bathroom is DOWN a small flight of STAIRS. The loft is perfect for 2 adults, however there is a sofabed which can be used if needed for a 3rd person. It is ideal for a child. Just a note also, there is NO TV in the loft so you will have plenty of time to enjoy your favourite book / magazine or one of ours. You can also sit and watch the bird life in the trees surrounding the loft.

Hi there, we are an outdoor loving family of 4 from Cambridge, Waikato in New Zealand. We live on a lifestyle block (small farm) and have a few sheep, cattle and chickens plus a large vegetable garden which keeps us in constant supply with fruit and vegetables. We love getting out into the outdoors, especially hiking.

Fantail Farm Loft is a quiet private location with a native bush outlook set on a lifestyle block. The Loft is an easy 5 to10 minute drive from Cambridge where you will find great cafes, restaurants and shops. Staying here you are close to Lake Karapiro, the Avantidrome and Mystery Creek. The Hobbiton movie set is a short 25 minute drive and further afield is Rotorua, a 1 hour drive, and Tauranga, a 1 1/4 hr drive.
