And welcome ! ..... to a spacious studio under the oaks. Complete with a 1955 Bal Ami jukebox - tho currently not working. The attitude here is a stylish, tasteful and little bit retro ....with all the mod cons and comforts to make your stay fabulous. Super comfy Queen sized bed, tiled shower, full size fridge/freezer microwave/oven and ceramic stove top. Can provide air bed mattress for a child. 5 mins Waikato Expressway 13 mins Hamilton airport 17 mins Hamilton Central
My wife and I are great New Zealanders .. friendly …. Look forward to hosting you
Quiet neighbourhood. 5 minutes to dairy, bar and fish and chips .. close to Hobbiton, Waitomo caves and all Hamilton attractions
