Two bedroom ground floor apartment in a two level residence. Separate private guest entrance. Located just up the road from the Athenree hot pools and only a 5 minute drive from the magnificent Waihi Beach. A public tennis court is just metres from the driveway. Outdoor areas include picnic tables, one under cover and a barbecue area with barbecue provided. Views are of the upper harbour, Matakana Island, Bowentown and the Pacific Ocean.
