Pipi Palace, privately, tucked away - unique, absolute beachfront, encapsulating Papamoa’s sparkling sands, idyllic swimming/surfing/fishing. Panoramic sea views overlooking Motiti Island-Sunrise’s to Sunsets. A short walk- local stores/ take-ways /"PAP" Bar & Restaurant. Pipi Palace personifies the ultimate of a quirky kiwi bach, but if wanting the palatial trimmings then this isn’t the place for you.
