Enjoy your own retreat with private access to your ground floor apartment, 2 luxurious modern bedrooms ,adjoining lounge and sumptuous bathroom with freestanding bath, the lounge has a pull out double sofa bed to provide additional sleeping options. High quality fittings throughout plus a heat pump/AC. Your own 42” smart TV and games consoles (PS4, portable bluray, stereo) for nights in after a day at the beach or sipping wine by the saltwater pool just steps away. Fire up the BBQ and take advantage of the outdoor kitchen fridge to keep your beers cold. Your apartment is separated from the rest of the house & the property is located just a few minutes walk from restaurants, takeaways,convenience store,hairdressers,cafe and liquor store as well as the gorgeous safe Papamoa Beach. You really don't need to leave, but if you must, 5min drive takes you to four square(groceries)Sushi,Indian, pub,cafes, boutique cinema or there is a bus stop 5 minutes walk which can take you to Papamoa Plaza, nearby attractions or drive to Tauranga CBD(25mins, Mount Maunganui 22mins drive where the beach,surfing, paddle boarding, hot pools,more eating & shopping options await, or why not climb Mount!
Hi, from your hosts Clive(from the UK) & Chantelle(NZ), we have both travelled the world & we have now found our paradise in Papamoa Beach. We'd love you to come & enjoy our beautiful part of New Zealand in your own private retreat. We do live above the accommodation. If you require us we are available to help, but otherwise, we want you to enjoy your home away from home in peace.
Our slice of paradise is in a quiet culdesac, away from the main roads, but so close to the beach, there are additional parking spaces if required in the 3 car parking bay at the bottom of the driveway.
