A well-equipped kitchen and full laundry complete the package. The north-facing property is fully fenced with front and back lawns for outside fun. You are 5 minutes from the dairy and best local Fish & Chips, and great coffee and food at award-winning Surf Shack Eatery is even closer. Rinse off the day of beach fun in the outside shower and relax on the deck enjoying a barbeque and drink. In the summer keep cool under the air con and ceiling fans, in the cooler months enjoy the woodburning fire. There is also a heat pump to keep you cool or cosy. Please note that your bed linen, bathroom towels and tea towels and post stay cleaning are included in the nightly rate.

Enjoy the sun and surf on Waihi Beach’s 9kms of white sand, tree-lined reserves and children’s play areas. Venture a little further afield to great bush walks and bike trails like the Karangahake Gorge and nearby country towns. Waihi Beach village boasts great shops, eateries and a Four Square for groceries. In the summer head to the weekend markets for tasty treats, fine local crafts and produce. Tauranga and Mount Maunganui are only 45 minutes by car. The Coromandel Peninsula is on your doorstep.
