This characterful and colourful 5-bedroom 3-bathroom home is positioned close to beautiful Waihi Beach and perfect for an extended family or group of friends. Enjoy 2 storeys of relaxed living. Upstairs the master bedroom commands uninterrupted beach views and has an ensuite bathroom. Downstairs has 4 bedrooms, the open plan kitchen and dining, front deck access and a cosy family lounge with a picture window looking across the reserve to the beach. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds and 4 has a double bed. Bedroom 5 has a king single bed and 2 single bunks. There’s an extra pullout bed in bedroom 5 and a sofa bed in the lounge if needed. This family-friendly set up includes 2 downstairs bathrooms, one with a tub. Patrolled swimming and all the action of the surf club are nearby. Cafes, and north end eateries are within a few minutes’ walk. Stroll to a children’s playground with shady pohutukawa and treat yourself to an ice-cream at the corner dairy. In winter curl up with a book by the fire and listen to the waves. There is a heat pump to keep you cool or cosy. Seasong is calling you! Enjoy the sun and surf on Waihi Beach’s 9kms of white sand, tree-lined reserves and children’s play areas. Waihi Beach village boasts great shops, takeaways, eateries and a Four Square for groceries. In the summer head to the weekend markets for tasty treats, fine local crafts and produce. Venture a little further afield to great bush walks and bike trails like the Karangahake Gorge and Hauraki Rail Trail and nearby country towns for op shopping and antiquing. Tauranga and Mount Maunganui are only 45 minutes by car. The Coromandel Peninsula is on your doorstep.
