The studio is at the top of the pretty cottage garden. Queen size bed downstairs and futon bed on mezzanine level. Full kitchen with oven and fridge freezer and separate bathroom with shower. Towels provided! Glimpses of the ocean and sunset from the mezzanine level. Ground level opens up to sunny deck with access to some of the garden. Guest Access Studio is at the top of the garden, closest to the road. It is below the garage with separate access to the house. Street parking available. There is a short path down to the studio with eight shallow steps. Please be aware that toilet is on a septic tank as is all of Paekākāriki. Not suitable for toddlers due to risk of falls from mezzanine level.

Please be aware that when you make a request to book, if you ask me a question, this website does not allow me to message you with an answer until you confirm the booking. If it turns out that the accommodation is not suitable for you, you can then cancel the booking. We are looking forward to your visit!

Paekākāriki has a fantastic selection of cafes, boutique shops, pub and village hall which has regular live music events. We are a 15 minute walk from the train station which will take you into Wellington and also hosts steam train outings!
