Surrounded by green paddocks and gentle hills, the area offers a true sense of space, fresh air, and relaxation — a refreshing contrast to busy city life. This studio faces north ,has separate entry with private bathroom. Shower. There’s simple kitchen appliances (kettle,mini fridge, microwave,air fryer, toaster,rice cooker and fry pan). The queen size bed is equipped with Beatyrest brand mattress which is medium firm high quality mattress. The room is quiet and brand new.we have laundry room in the house beside. . Perfect for the people Enjoy peace and privacy in a true rural setting • Easy access to Cambridge, Hamilton Gardens, Hobbiton™ , Karapiro lake, Waitomo cave，waterworks road , fieldays event , Matamata. • Close to Te Miro Mountain Bike Park and scenic walking areas • Perfect for outdoor lovers, cyclists, couples, and travellers seeking a calm country stay • A great base to explore the Waikato region by car Please notice: Need to apply pet stay in advance and only one pet is allowed to stay. Pet is welcome only remain quiet and under control. Please apply for pet stay in advance. Extra fee need to pay on site. Sixty. We live on the real NZ farm in the beautiful countryside. There’s amazing real NZ rural view. fresh air , sunny sun,green grass ,fragrance of flowers,beautiful mountains ,cute animals ,deep well water and real fresh farm milk. If you would like to visit Hobbiton , waitomo caves ,Hamilton garden and Cambridge lake ,Cambridge Cherry blossoms , and waterworks road event ,Karapiro lake .fieldays event , it’s good choice to stay here to experience real NZ lifestyle by the way. This studio has your private space with bathroom and separate entry. It is equipped with simple kitchen stuff. Another main house which only shared between guests has 3 bedrooms , 1 full kitchen, 1 dining area,1 living room with TV ,1 laundry room with washing machine and 1.5 bathrooms. It is easy to self check-in follow the guide photos and we are always around here to help. It’s about 20 min drive away from Karapiro lake. About 25 min driving away from Hobbiton
