Welcome to our Tamahere Hideaway. We Located in a very quiet setting in a highly desirable area of Tamahere, 200m from the Waikato Bike river trail, a walkable distance to the village hub of cafés, a restaurant/bar, dessert bar, bakery and more.
Conveniently sited for very quick access to the motorway, Hamilton City and Airport. Mystery Creek fieldays and golfing only a 5 minute drive away.
The guesthouse offers a warm, cosy and very private space with your own patio/deck area surrounded by beautiful greenery.
Hi there and welcome. Nick and I have two children, Ren and Ryan. We have just started out with our new digs having only lived at this address for under a year. We absolutely LOVE the place as its very quiet, and so conveniently located. It gives us the feel of a secure and private space. There are 3 dwellings here: our home, our cottage (full time private residence) and of course our Tamahere Hideaway which is ready for you to come and enjoy
Tamahere is one of those special sought-after areas where location, privacy and quiet is a high priority. It has its very own shopping hub consisting of a Four Square, pharmacy, doctors, physio, pub, restaurant, cafe's, bakery, real estate office, and even a very popular dessert bar. Tamahere also boasts a large park where weekend sports are held and a adjoining playground + skatepark. Not to mention two preschools and a country style school, all of the above, right on the edge of the school. Time it right and you just may be rewarded with the monthly country Tamahere markets across the road from the park.
