Modern Central Cambridge Studio – Perfect for Work or a Relaxing Getaway (Dog Friendly!)
Welcome to our newly decorated studio in the heart of beautiful Cambridge. Whether you’re visiting for business or escaping for a relaxing break in our fabulous town, this modern and comfortable space is the perfect base.
The studio features a super comfortable Super King bed to ensure a great night’s sleep. Recently refreshed with a modern feel, it’s designed to be both stylish and practical.
The kitchenette includes everything you need for a convenient stay: microwave, electric frying pan, air fryer, fridge, kettle, toaster, plus all utensils and cutlery.
For year-round comfort, the studio is fitted with an air conditioning unit.
We are proudly dog friendly, so your well-behaved furry companion is welcome to join you during your stay. We simply ask that dogs are house trained, not left unattended in the studio, and respectful of the space. A twenty five dollar pet fee applies per stay.
Located in central Cambridge, you’ll have easy access to local cafés, shops, and attractions.
We live on the property but completely respect your privacy, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful and uninterrupted stay.

Thornton Road is centrally located in a quiet residential area, just a short walk (200m–1km) to Cambridge township with its boutique shops, cafés, restaurants, and the popular monthly Empire Street Market.
Outdoor lovers will enjoy easy access to the Te Awa River Ride for scenic walking and cycling, while Lake Karapiro is only 15 minutes away for kayaking, boating, and picnics.
We’re also just a 4-minute drive to the Grassroots Trust Velodrome, and around 30 minutes from both Hobbiton and Sanctuary Mountain Maungatautari — making our location a perfect base for exploring the wider Waikato region.
