The house is a large modern home with two large guest bedrooms each having their own walk in wardrobe and ensuite. There is free WIFI in the bedroom as well as a smart television. There is a guest breakfast room/lounge. Each bedroom has a super luxurious super king size bed with superb linen. There is a swim spa for the guest use. The guest breakfast room contains a microwave oven, small refrigerator for guests use, a coffee machine as well as granulated coffee, an assortment of fine Teas and fresh fruit is available. There is a smart television and a small library. A continental and cooked breakfast are included in the room rate.
The neighbourhood is very quiet. The property is very close to Cambridge CBD as well as the Karapiro Domain which hosts rowing (water) events, a Polo field, premier velodrome and 65km TE AWA cycling and walking tracks with the longest concrete surface in the country. Cambridge is central to other attractions such as Hobbiton, Hamilton, Rotorua and Tauranga.
