Our property is on a quiet street in a Hamilton suburb with a tree filled view over a gully. It's the perfect place for a quiet getaway or a Hamilton base for day trips to Hobbiton, Waitomo Rotorua and more. The two single beds are in the bedroom and the queen bed is in the living space. There is a dining table that can sit 4, and a kitchenette with a full size fridge and microwave a little mini oven/air fryer, toaster, kettle, and all cooking appliances that you will need. We have various teas and coffee, some muesli and a small carton of milk to start you off.
Hi, I’m Anna, I have four young children, three boys and one girl. I love meeting new people, good food and creating special memories with my family.
We are situated in a quiet suburb in Hamilton. We’re not far from Chartwell shopping mall which hosts a supermarket and other various shops. We are about a 10 minute drive or easy bus ride away from the CBD. A 15min drive to The Base shopping centre. From our area, there are multiple walks/bike ride rides through different Hamilton gullies and parks. We have some corner shops/takeaways about a 10 minute walk away which also is over the road from a children’s playground.
